Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Rooham website, mobile application, and related services operated by ThreePinnacle LLP.
Rooham is a property discovery platform that allows users to browse property listings, publish property listings, and connect with property owners or advertisers.
This policy applies differently depending on the platform you use. Please read the relevant section below.
Section 2
Free Access
Rooham provides free access to browse property listings. Free users may also access contact information for up to five (5) unique property listings.
The free usage limits are subject to change from time to time.
iOS Application
iOS Application — Current Status
The Rooham iOS application currently does not offer paid subscriptions, premium plans, in-app purchases, or paid digital features.
All features available in the iOS application are currently provided free of charge.
- No subscriptions, premium memberships, or paid plans are offered on iOS.
- No digital purchases or in-app payments are available on iOS.
- No payment processing is performed for iOS users.
- No subscription charges, renewal fees, or billing applies to iOS users.
- No subscription refunds, cancellation procedures, or pricing changes apply to iOS users.
- iOS users have full access to available Rooham features at no cost.
If you are an iOS user, the subscription and refund sections below do not apply to you.
Android Application Only
Android Application Only
The Rooham Premium subscription described below applies only to the Rooham Android application.
The following subscription, payment, and refund terms apply exclusively to users of the Rooham Android application.
Section 3
Rooham Premium Subscription (Android Application Only)
On the Rooham Android application, users may subscribe to Rooham Premium to continue accessing contact information beyond the free limit.
A Premium subscription allows eligible users to access additional property contact information beyond the free usage limit, including:
- Property owner's contact number
- WhatsApp contact option
- Property location and map access
- Other premium features introduced from time to time
The features available under the subscription may evolve as Rooham continues to improve its services.
Section 4
Subscription Payments (Android Application Only)
Subscription payments on the Rooham Android application are processed through authorized payment service providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.
Section 5
Refund Eligibility (Android Application Only)
Because Rooham Premium provides immediate access to digital features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been successfully activated.
However, ThreePinnacle LLP may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect multiple charges for the same subscription
- Technical issues preventing activation of the purchased subscription
- Billing errors attributable to Rooham
Section 6
Non-Refundable Situations (Android Application Only)
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Failure to use the subscription
- Partial use of subscription benefits
- Expiration of the subscription period
- Suspension of an account due to violation of the Terms and Conditions
- User dissatisfaction with available property listings
Section 7
Cancellation (Android Application Only)
Android application users may choose not to renew their subscription. Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.
Premium benefits remain available until the subscription expires.
Section 8
Changes to Pricing (Android Application Only)
ThreePinnacle LLP reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, introduce new subscription plans, or discontinue existing plans at any time on the Android application. Any pricing changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals and will be communicated through the Rooham platform.

ThreePinnacle LLP may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on the official Rooham website with an updated Effective Date.
