Thank you for using Rooham. Rooham is a digital property discovery platform developed, owned and operated by ThreePinnacle LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect information when you use the Rooham mobile application, website and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using Rooham, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect
Rooham is designed with data minimization in mind. We collect only the information reasonably required to provide and improve our Services.
2.1 WhatsApp Mobile Number
Your WhatsApp-enabled mobile number is required to create and access your Rooham account. We use it to:
- Verify your identity using One-Time Password (OTP)
- Secure your account
- Authenticate future logins
- Communicate important service-related information
- Facilitate property enquiries between users
- Provide customer support where necessary
Rooham does not require your name or email address to register or use the platform.
2.2 Property Listing Information
When publishing a property listing, you may voluntarily provide information relating to the property, including:
- Property title and description
- Property category, type and sale or rental status
- Property price and number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Property size, amenities and furnishing details
- Property photographs and additional listing details
2.3 Property Location Information
To help users discover properties, Rooham may collect location information relating to the listed property, including street name, area or locality, PIN Code, city and state. This information is intended to be displayed as part of the listing.
2.4 Device Information
To improve platform reliability and security, we may automatically collect technical information including device model, manufacturer, operating system, app version, device language, time zone, diagnostic information, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics.
2.5 Camera and Photo Library
If you choose to upload property photographs, Rooham may request permission to access your camera and photo library, solely for uploading property images selected by you. Rooham does not access or upload photographs without your permission.
2.6 Location Permission
With your permission, Rooham may access your device's approximate location to improve search results and display nearby properties. Location permission is optional and may be disabled at any time through your device settings.

Information We Do Not Collect
Rooham does not intentionally collect or require:
- Full Name or Email Address
- Aadhaar Number or PAN Number of users
- Passport or Driving Licence Information
- Bank Account Details
- Credit Card or Debit Card Information
- UPI PIN
- Biometric Information
- Government Identity Documents
If additional information is required for future services, we will clearly explain why it is needed before collecting it.

How We Use Information
We use collected information only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Verifying users through OTP
- Displaying property listings and enabling property enquiries
- Improving search results
- Maintaining platform security and detecting fraud and misuse
- Providing customer support
- Improving platform performance
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.

Property Enquiries
Rooham enables users to connect regarding listed properties. Your WhatsApp mobile number may be shared with another user only where necessary to facilitate a property enquiry or communication initiated through the platform.
Rooham does not publish users' contact information for general public access beyond what is required for legitimate property interactions.

- Property-related enquiries and customer support requests

We do not send unsolicited marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis or your consent where required.

Platform-Specific Services & Payments
iOS Application
The Rooham iOS application currently does not offer paid subscriptions, premium plans, in-app purchases, or paid digital features. All features available in the iOS application are currently provided free of charge. No payment-related data is collected from iOS users for subscription purposes.
Android Application Only
The Rooham Premium subscription and any other paid services apply only to the Rooham Android application. ThreePinnacle LLP currently offers or may in the future introduce paid services on Android, including:
- Premium and Featured Listings
- Subscription Plans
- Advertising and Promotional Services
- Other paid digital services
Payment processing for these services is handled through authorized payment service providers. Any paid service will clearly disclose its pricing, applicable terms and refund conditions before purchase.

Third-Party Services
To operate Rooham, we may use trusted third-party service providers including:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Authentication providers
- Analytics providers
- Push notification services
- Mapping services
- Image storage services
- Payment service providers (if paid services are introduced)
These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.

Data Security
ThreePinnacle LLP implements reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These may include:

While we strive to protect your information, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to remove such information.
